We recover high-quality, fresh, and locally grown produce that would otherwise go to waste—and make it free to the community every Saturday seasonally from May through October at the New Albany High School Greenhouse.

A $100 donation can help 10 of your neighbor’s access fresh food. This gift helps cover the collection and distribution of donated produce through our Veggie Rescue stand, keeping good food from going to waste.

Let Us Learn Pam

Meet Pam

For seven years, Pam has turned to Let Us Learn’s Veggie Rescue for fresh produce she loves but couldn’t always afford on her income. Every Saturday, she could take home fresh vegetables—no questions asked. When our Pay-As-You-Can Farmstand launched, Pam began coming there, too.

Then, something changed – Pam asked if she could volunteer. Now, she arrives early to choose fresh food for her own home, then spends the next two and a half hours helping her neighbors do the same.

Pam’s story reflects what Let Us Learn is all about: a community where everyone has access to fresh food, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to give back.
